New and Improved! Geneflo™ 1000 Fluorescent DNA Ladder

CHIMERx now offers a new and improved version of our Geneflo™ 1000 Fluorescent DNA Ladder (ROX Labeled) with the following benefits:

• 100mer bands (400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 bp) are spiked, resulting in an increased peak intensity (approximately 1.5 times more intense) for ease of accurate and consistent sizing of fragments.
• Ideal for sizing DNA fragments from 400 to 1,000 bp
• Compatible with all fluorescent based separation systems including the ABI PRISM™ genetic analyzer
• Most fragments are spaced at intervals of 25 bp, providing the perfect tool for genotyping analysis
• Can be used in either gel or capillary electrophoresis
• Labeled with ROX
• Broader range, up to 1,000 bp
• Evenly spaced, no gaps
• No split peaks
• Makes genotyping affordable and efficient
