Description

• Size standard ideal for sizing DNA fragments from 50 to 625 bp
• Compatible with all fluorescent based separation systems including the ABI PRISM™ genetic analyzer
• Fragments are spaced at intervals of 25 bp, providing the perfect tool for genotyping analysis
• Consists of 26 evenly spaced bands containing fragments with the following sizes: 50, 75, 100, 125, 129, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, 325, 350, 375, 400, 425, 429, 450, 475, 500, 525, 550, 575, 600, and 625. 
• The 129 and 429 bp bands are included for software orientation
• Can be used in either capillary or gel electrophoresis

Loading

The recommended amount of size standard to load is 1.0 µl. Mix with 11 µl of formamide.
