Description

• Size standard ideal for sizing DNA fragments from 50 to 625 bp
• Compatible with all fluorescent based separation systems including the ABI PRISM™ genetic analyzer
• Fragments are spaced at intervals of 25 bp, providing the perfect tool for genotyping analysis
• Consists of 26 evenly spaced bands containing fragments with the following sizes: 50, 75, 100, 125, 129, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, 325, 350, 375, 400, 425, 429, 450, 475, 500, 525, 550, 575, 600, and 625. The 129 and 429 bp bands are included for software orientation

Loading

The recommended amount of size marker to load is 1.0 µl. Mix with 11 µl of formamide
