Description

• Ideal for sizing linear double-stranded DNA during agarose electrophoresis
• Consists of 5 bands with sizes ranging from 50 to 500 bp
• For easy reference, the DNA fragment at 250 bp is three times (3X) brighter than the other bands in the ladder
