Ordering Methods

You may order Chimerx products via our online store, by phone, fax, or email. If using methods other than our online store, please help us by providing the following information when placing an order:

• Contact name, organization, telephone / fax number, and email
• Product descriptions including catalog numbers, quoted price per unit, and quantity
• Complete delivery address (We do not ship to PO Boxes)
• Complete billing address, if different than delivery address
• Purchase Order Number, if applicable
• Delivery date required
• Method of payment (See Below)

Alternatively, you may use any standard Purchase Order Form from your organization, and send the completed form to Chimerx via email or fax.

Online Ordering-

You will be asked to Register before you can begin making online purchases. Chimerx will review your information and send you a confirmation email upon acceptance. Your information will be stored for future orders. Please read our Privacy Policy regarding our commitment to protecting your personal and billing information.

Accepted Methods of Payment-

Purchase Order
A copy of Purchase Order must be faxed to (414) 535-9508 or email to sales@chimerx.com.

Credit Card Orders
Chimerx gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If placing an order via phone, fax, or email, credit card information is not retained and will need to be re-submitted with each order for security purposes. 

Pricing
All prices quoted are in US Dollars. Freight costs and any packing charges will be added to the invoice. Written price quotations, when requested, are valid until the date specified on the quotation form provided by Chimerx.

Delivery
Chimerx offers next business day delivery on most orders placed Monday through Thursday by 3:00pm CST inside the continental United States. For any special shipping arrangements, please contact Chimerx.
