Geneflo™Smart625™ Size Standard (ROX-Labeled)

Description

• Ideal for sizing DNA fragments from 25 to 625 bp.
• Compatible will all fluorescent based separation systems including the ABI PRISM™ genetic analyzer.
• Consists of 25 DNA fragments with the following sizes: 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, 325, 350, 375, 400, 425, 450, 475, 500, 525, 550, 575, 600, and 625 bp.
• Intensities of the 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600 bp are slightly amplified relative to other bands in the ladder for the purposes of software calibration and easy analysis.

Loading Size

The recommended amount of size marker to load is 1.0 µl per lane.
Mix with 11 µl of super clean formamide.

Geneflo™ Size Standards are light sensitive, therefore store in the dark and minimize exposure to light.
