Description

• Size Standard Fluorescent DNA Ladder suitable for sizing DNA fragments from 35 to 500 bp 
• Compatible with all fluorescent based separation systems including the ABI PRISM™ genetic analyzer
• The 16 bands of the ladder contain fragments with the following sizes: 35, 50, 75, 100, 139, 150, 160, 200, 250, 300, 340, 350, 400, 450, 490, and 500 bp 
• The 35, 139, 160, 340, and 490 bp bands are included for software orientation
• Can be used in either capillary or gel electrophoresis

Loading

The recommended amount of size standard to load is 1.0 µl per lane. 
Mix with 11 µl of formamide.
