Perfect 1 Kb DNA Ladder

Description

• Ideal for sizing linear double-stranded DNA during agarose electrophoresis
• Consists of 11 bands with the following sizes: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 8.0, and 10.0 Kb
• For easy reference, DNA fragment at 1.0 Kb is three times brighter than other bands in the ladder

Notes

1. Chimerx Perfect 1 Kb DNA Ladder is shown on a 0.7% agarose in 1X TBE Buffer containing ethidium bromide.
2. Mass amounts are based on the recommended loading amount of 1.0 µl (0.5 µg) per lane.
3. DNA fragment at 1.0 Kb is three times brighter than the other bands in the ladder.

Loading

The recommended amount of size marker to load on a gel is 1.0 µl (0.5 µg) per lane
