Perfect Plus 100 bp DNA Ladder

Description

• Ideal for sizing linear DNA fragments during agarose electrophoresis
• Consists of 13 bands with fragments of the following sizes: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2500 bp
• For easy reference, bands at 500 and 1000 bp are brighter than other bands in the ladder
• Supplied in ready-to-load buffer containing tracking dyes
• No preparation before loading required

100 bp to 2500 bp

Loading

The recommended amount of size marker to load on an agarose gel is 5 µl per lane

Notes

1. Chimerx Perfect Plus 100 bp DNA Ladder is shown on a 1.2% agarose in 1X TBE buffer containing ethidium bromide.
2. Mass amounts are based on the recommended loading volume of 5 µl per lane.
3. DNA fragments at 500 and 1,000 bp are brighter than the other bands in the ladder.
