Description

• Ideal for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments during agarose electrophoresis
• 100 bp DNA Ladder contains 10 bands with fragments of the following sizes: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1000 bp
• For easy reference, the DNA fragment at 500 bp is three times (3X) brighter than other bands in the ladder
• Supplied in ready-to-load buffer containing tracking dyes
• No preparation before loading is required

Loading

The recommended amount of size marker to load on a gel is 10 µl per lane

1. Chimerx Perfect 100 bp DNA Ladder is shown on a 2% agarose in 1X TBE Buffer containing ethidium bromide.
2. Mass amounts are based on the recommended loading volume of 10 µl per lane.
3. DNA fragment at 500 bp is three times (3X) brighter than the other bands in the ladder.
