Description
- The Perfect™ Protein Ladder has ten bands corresponding to protein size: 7, 15, 20, 25, 35, 50, 70, 100, 140 and 240 kDa.
- The 25 kDa band and 70 kDa band are covalently coupled to an orange/yellow dye. See figure 1 below.
- The remaining bands are covalently coupled to a blue dye
- In ready-to-use format
