Perfect Plus 1 Kb DNA Ladder

Description

• Ideal for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments during agarose electrophoresis
• Consists of 13 bands with fragments of the following sizes: 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 8.0 and 10.0 Kb
• For easy reference, bands at 1.0 and 3.0 Kb are three times brighter than other bands in the ladder
• Supplied in ready-to-load buffer containing tracking dyes
• No preparation before loading is required

250 bp to 10 Kb

Loading

The recommended amount of size marker to load on a gel is 5.0 µl per lane

Notes

1. Chimerx Perfect Plus 1 Kb DNA Ladder is shown on a 0.7% agarose in 1X TBE Buffer containing ethidium bromide.
2. Mass amounts are based on the recommended loading volume of 5 µl per lane.
3. DNA fragments at 1.0 and 3.0 Kb are three times (3X) brighter than the other bands in the ladder.
