Description

• Suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA during agarose gel electrophoresis
• Consists of 8 bands with sizes of 50, 150, 300, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, and 2,000 bp
• For easy reference, the DNA fragment at 500 bp is three times (3X) brighter than the other bands in the ladder
• Supplied in a ready-to-load buffer containing tracking dyes
• No preparation before loading is required

1. Perfect Plus 2 Kb DNA Ladder is shown on a 2% agarose in 1X TBE Buffer containing tracking dyes.

3. DNA fragment at 500 bp is three times (3X) brighter than the other bands in the ladder.
